BREAKDOWN SERVICE

Whilst our maintenance is designed to reduce any breakdowns, should one occur you can be assured that it will be repaired promptly; we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. And if it’s urgent we will get there fast.
Our technicians are well trained and very competent, their repairs are carried out fast and they’re done right the first time, with the air conditioning back up and running as soon as possible.
We understand that it can be frustrating if the air conditioning breaks down, but you can count on our technicians to act professionally and with courtesy at all times. Following your call, our technician will arrive on site promptly, introduce himself and listen attentively to any concerns. He will then attend to the problem without delay, and carry out any necessary repairs – of course subject to your approval; our technician’s service vehicles are equipped with spare parts for most urgent repairs. When he has finished, he will make sure the work area is left clean and tidy and will supply a detailed report on the work carried out and the condition of the equipment.

We have carried out numerous installations and tenancy fit-outs, to the satisfaction of both the owners and occupiers. Over the years we have developed close relationships with specialist sub-contractors, working under our close supervision, to ensure any installation, refurbishment of fit-out work is performed to the highest standard and on time.
We will work to your specification, or if needed we can provide a consultant to advise on heat loads, design, regulations etc as may be required.
